Ryan loves films. This love led him to being an extern for Sony Pictures Classics in Culver City, California during law school, where he assisted in reviewing and drafting complex licensing agreements and in analyzing copyright issues. In his spare time, Ryan spends time with his wife, Tiffani, and their children. He enjoys sneaking away to fish as frequently as possible. His life’s goals are to catch a world record Lake Trout and to write a screenplay, possibly about catching a world record Lake Trout. If his screenplay is ever made into a movie, the part of Ryan would be played by Matt Damon, at Tiffani’s request. The part of Tiffani would be played by Tiffani, also at the request of Tiffani.
Ryan has focused on real estate and construction law since the start of his career, with a particular emphasis on commercial real estate transactions and leases. He has assisted clients with disputes regarding disclosures, boundaries, construction contracts, liens, easements, and OSHA citations. Ryan enjoys guiding his clients and in finding the best solution for them.
