Ally Westover is an attorney at Miller Harrison whose practice focuses on homeowners association (HOA) law, property disputes, and community governance. She brings a deep understanding of the legal and practical challenges facing residential communities and is dedicated to helping HOAs operate effectively, stay compliant, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Prior to joining Miller Harrison in 2023, Ally focused her practice of law in the field of mediation. She has worked for the State of Utah and within private mediation firms, honing her skills in dispute resolution across a variety of contexts. With over a decade of experience as a court-rostered mediator, Ally is still passionate about helping people find common ground and resolve conflicts constructively through mediation.
Ally earned her J.D. from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2016. She has built a career centered on supporting communities—especially in the often complex and evolving HOA space. She likes providing community leaders with the knowledge they need to build and maintain strong, well-functioning neighborhoods.
Outside of the office, Ally enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She’s always scheming to travel somewhere.
