Nolan focuses his practice on transactions relating to real estate, homeowners associations, and land development. He attended law school at the University of Arizona on a full-tuition Dean’s Achievement scholarship and served as a judicial intern at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Prior to joining Miller Harrison, Nolan worked as a trademark examining attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and as an associate attorney for a boutique law firm in St. George, Utah addressing intellectual property and business law matters for his clients.

Nolan enjoys rooting for the BYU Cougars, golfing, running marathons, attending theatrical performances at Tuacahn Center for the Arts, and hiking in Zion National Park with his family.
